Finch Companies is located in Maplewood, Minnesota and established in 1990. Richard Finch, founder and entrepreneur started out on the east side of Saint Paul selling used cars to people he knew that needed a good deal.

With a keen eye for filling a niche market Richard went on to become a real estate agent providing more opportunities for those that needed his expertise.

Finch Companies is now investing in local neighborhood housing projects providing yet another service to lower income buyers.
