Richard Finch is the President of the Saint Paul Horse Shoe Club. Located at 2030 White Bear Avenue in Maplewood (approximately one block north of Frost Avenue), you'll find the County's primary horseshoe facility. Operated by the St. Paul Horse Shoe Club, this site features approximately 15 courts. Since the use of horseshoes in parks and picnic areas is not permitted this is a great place to get your game on!
Membership dues are: $13.00 for membership (additional members within same household are $8.00) $12.00 for NHPA membership Total membership fees are $25.00 per member (or $20.00)
